To respect the intellectual property rights and privacy of others.
Use of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology for property pricing, buyer-seller matchmaking, Property virtual staging, 360° Home tour and related technologies.

User Obligations

Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate users who violate these obligations.

Fees and Payments

Our success fees, commission or brokerage fee is agreed upon before engagement and varies based on the type of transaction (buying, selling, etc.)
Any applicable taxes (e.g., GST) will be charged in addition to our fees.
Payments must be made as per the agreed timeline, failing which legal action will be taken.

Property Listings & Transactions

Property details provided by sellers or developers must be accurate. We are not responsible for any discrepancies.
Buyers must conduct due diligence before entering into any transaction. In case of assistance such due diligence can be accommodate by Housp Tech India Private Limited on a fee model.
We do not guarantee property approvals, loans, or investment returns.

Trademarks

Trademarks, service marks, trade names, design rights, copyright (including rights in software), trade secrets, and any rights or property similar to any of the foregoing in any part of the world whether registered or not registered together with the right to apply for the registration of any such rights, and all rights or forms of protection having equivalent or similar effect.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Users must not disclose confidential information obtained through our platform to third parties without prior consent.

Intellectual Property

All on our website, including text, logos, and images, is our intellectual property.
